Exercising Inside Your Car
Let us say you are stuck in a tight traffic jam, and you have nothing to do inside your car. The most common thing to do is to just wait until the traffic starts to move, but it can be boring once it starts taking a long time to do so.
Why not take the chance to exercise? Contrary to what most people may think, you can exercise inside your car. It may not have the convenience or the comfort of doing it in a gym or in a room inside your house, but it still has the same effects on your body.
For example, you can do sit ups inside your car. How do you do that? This can be done in the driver's or passenger front seat of the car. First, you lower the seats until they are fully or almost horizontal. Lie down, and then try to reach the glove box or the wheel with your hand. For additional difficulty and effort, you can try putting your seatbelt on. Repeat the exercise as many times as you could.
You can also do sit ups at the backseat of your car. You can simply lie down with your feet planted firmly on the door - make sure they are firmly closed and locked first though - and then lifting yourself up to reach as close to the toes as possible.
Today's society is a busy one, which further highlights the necessity of cars. While some people view cars as a reason for their inability to walk as a form of exercise, with these revolutionary ideas you can now consider cars as a tool for your exercises.
